The brake system includes those components

2024/11/19

The braking system is a series of special devices that can force the speed of a car to be reduced. The braking system is mainly composed of four parts: energy supply device, control device, transmission device and brake. The main function of the braking system is to slow down or even stop the driving car, keep the speed of the downhill car stable, and keep the stopped car still. The brake system is generally composed of two main parts: the brake operating mechanism and the brake. The braking system can be divided into mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electromagnetic and so on. A braking system that uses more than two energy transmission methods at the same time is called a combined braking system. The braking system is mainly composed of wheel brakes, hydraulic transmission and pneumatic transmission mechanisms. The wheel brake is mainly composed of a rotating part, a fixed part and an adjusting mechanism. The rotating part is a brake drum; the fixed part includes a brake shoe and a brake base plate; the adjusting mechanism is composed of an eccentric support pin and an adjusting cam to adjust the shoe drum gap. The hydraulic brake transmission mechanism is mainly composed of brake pedal, push rod, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder and pipeline. The pneumatic brake transmission mechanism is mainly composed of brake pedal, push rod, brake master valve, air dryer, four-circuit protection valve, brake air chamber and pipeline.
